Some things cannot be rushed. This retreat is built around that truth. Three nights at our private Meadowview cabin beside the Daugava river. No shared spaces, no other guests, no schedule imposed on you. Just time, nature, and deliberate care from the moment we collect you to the moment we return you home. Your retreat moves through a sequence that is not accidental. Arrival. Forest. Fire. Touch. Rest. Each day prepares the body and mind for what follows. By the time you leave, you will feel the difference between having relaxed and having actually reset. Your four days: Day 1 — Arrive. We collect you from Riga city centre or Riga Airport and bring you to the cabin. Settle in. Breathe. The hot tub is yours for the evening — the first step of unwinding from whatever you left behind. Day 2 — Forest and Fire. Your day begins with Lina in the landscape surrounding the cabin. Forest bathing is a slow, sensory immersion in nature — no destination, no performance, just presence. The nervous system begins to settle here quietly before anything else begins. From the landscape you move directly into the Pirts ritual with Rihards. Heat, steam, birch whisking, cold contrast, and guided presence. Entered when the body is already open, this is one of the most grounding experiences available to a human being. There is nothing quite like it. Day 3 — Touch and Rest. Therapeutic massage for two. Not a standard hotel massage — real, skilled, attentive bodywork tailored to what you each carry. Followed by a bee bed session in the warm months, where the gentle vibration and warmth of the hive does its quiet work. Massage - 120 minutes each. The evening is yours. No programme. No agenda. This is intentional — it is when everything lands. Day 4 — Departure. Breakfast, then we return you to Riga city centre or Riga Airport.
